Résumé
Cyclophosphamide suppresses immune function and may blunt the antibody response to the dengue vaccine, leaving the patient inadequately protected. The dengue vaccine is live attenuated, so vaccination during significant immunosuppression also carries a risk of vaccine-related infection.
