Résumé
Rufinamide is a weak CYP3A4 inducer and may modestly lower dronedarone concentrations. This could reduce antiarrhythmic efficacy, though the effect is probably small. Rufinamide also shortens the QT interval, which is a separate pharmacodynamic consideration.
