Résumé
Sacubitril inhibits neprilysin, which degrades bradykinin, and ACE inhibitors block another bradykinin-degrading pathway. Together they markedly raise the risk of angioedema, which can be life-threatening. Valsartan also adds dual renin-angiotensin blockade.

Fosinopril and Sacubitril / valsartan are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.
