Как действует
Colony-stimulating factor that binds to specific cell surface receptors on hematopoietic cells, stimulating proliferation, differentiation, commitment, and end cell functional activation.

Decrease incidence of febrile neutropenia infection in non-myeloid malignancies: 20 mg subcutaneously once per chemotherapy cycle, at least 24 hours after cytotoxic chemotherapy; do not give within 14 days before or <24 hours after chemotherapy

- History of serious allergic reactions to granulocyte stimulating factors such as efbemalenograstim alfa-vuxw, pegfilgrastim, or filgrastim products.

- Splenic rupture, including fatal cases: evaluate patients with left upper abdominal or shoulder pain.
- ARDS: evaluate patients with fever, lung infiltrates or respiratory distress; discontinue if ARDS occurs.
- Serious allergic reactions including anaphylaxis: permanently discontinue.
