Как действует
Lenvatinib is a receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor that selectively inhibits VEGFR1, VEGFR2 and VEGFR3, as well as FGFR1-4, PDGFRα, KIT and RET.
Обычная доза для взрослых (кратко по инструкции)
Advanced RCC, first-line with pembrolizumab: lenvatinib 20 mg (two 10-mg capsules) orally once daily with pembrolizumab 200 mg every 3 weeks or 400 mg every 6 weeks as IV infusion over 30 minutes; continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity

- Unsafe No human data; embryotoxic and teratogenic in rats and rabbits. Should not be used in pregnancy unless clearly necessary.

- Hypertension: control BP before treatment and monitor regularly; aortic dissection reported
- Proteinuria and nephrotic syndrome: monitor urine protein; discontinue for nephrotic syndrome
- Hepatotoxicity: monitor liver function tests before treatment, every 2 weeks for first 2 months, then monthly
