Как действует
Selective, non-peptide GnRH receptor antagonist that competitively binds pituitary GnRH receptors, inhibiting endogenous GnRH signalling and modulating the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis.
Обычная доза для взрослых (кратко по инструкции)
Uterine fibroids: 100 mg or, if needed, 200 mg orally once daily with concomitant add-back therapy (estradiol 1 mg and norethisterone acetate 0.5 mg tablet once daily)

- Unsafe Contraindicated in pregnancy; animal studies show possible increased early pregnancy loss; discontinue if pregnancy confirmed.

- Unsafe Contraindicated during breast-feeding; excreted in animal milk, human excretion unknown.

- Hypersensitivity to the active substance or excipients
- Pregnancy or breast-feeding

- Bone mineral density loss (> 3-8% in some women); consider risk factors, DXA before treatment in at-risk patients and after 1 year; discontinue if risks outweigh benefit
- Effective non-hormonal contraception required; not shown to provide contraception; amenorrhoea may mask pregnancy
- Liver enzyme elevations; discontinue if jaundice develops; monitor in women with abnormal hepatic history
