Как действует
Promotes gastric emptying, increases lower esophageal sphincter tone and esophageal peristalsis, Increases gastric motility and cardiac rate possibly by releasing acetylcholine at the myenteric plexus; may act at the serotonin-4 receptor
Обычная доза для взрослых (кратко по инструкции)
2.5-5 mg orally 4 times daily at least 15 minutes before meals and before bed.

- Extreme caution is advised while using this medicine since some of these side effects may be fatal.
- Consumption of alcohol is not recommended during treatment with this medicine due to the increased risk of severe adverse effects such as nausea, headache,etc.
- This medicine should not be used in patients having an obstruction of the intestine since it may worsen the patient's condition.
