Omadacycline (NUZYRA) is an antibacterial drug. The provided label section gives no further mechanistic detail.
Обычная доза для взрослых (кратко по инструкции)
CABP (injection): loading 200 mg IV over 60 minutes on day 1, or 100 mg IV over 30 minutes twice on day 1; then 100 mg IV over 30 minutes once daily; duration 7 to 14 days

- Unsafe May cause tooth discoloration and reversible bone growth inhibition in second and third trimester; animal studies showed fetal loss and malformations; may cause embryonic or fetal harm.

- Unsafe Breastfeeding is not recommended during treatment and for 4 days after the last dose.

- Known hypersensitivity to omadacycline, tetracycline class antibacterial drugs, or any excipients.

- Use during tooth development (last half of pregnancy, infancy, childhood up to age 8 years) may cause permanent tooth discoloration and enamel hypoplasia.
- May cause reversible inhibition of bone growth in the second and third trimester, infancy and childhood up to age 8 years.
- Hypersensitivity reactions reported; discontinue if an allergic reaction occurs.
