Как действует
Low affinity agonist of the A2A adenosine receptor; activation produces coronary vasodilation and increases coronary blood flow.
Обычная доза для взрослых (кратко по инструкции)
Radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging stress agent: 5 mL (0.4 mg regadenoson), intravenous injection within 10 seconds, single dose, followed by 5 mL saline flush; give radionuclide 10-20 seconds after the flush.

- Second- or third-degree AV block unless the patient has a functioning artificial pacemaker.

- Myocardial ischemia: fatal and nonfatal MI, ventricular arrhythmias and cardiac arrest have occurred; avoid in acute ischemia; have resuscitation equipment and trained staff available.
- Can depress SA and AV nodes and cause AV block or sinus bradycardia requiring intervention.
- New-onset or recurrent atrial fibrillation with rapid ventricular response and atrial flutter have been reported.
