Как действует
mRNA vaccine encoding the membrane-anchored RSV-A F glycoprotein stabilised in the prefusion conformation. It stimulates RSV-A and RSV-B neutralising antibodies and antigen-specific cellular immune responses.

Active immunisation against RSV lower respiratory tract disease in adults 18 years and older: 0.5 mL, intramuscular, one single dose

- Беременность
- Unknown No human data; a rat study showed no harm to the fetus. Not licensed for use in pregnancy (it is for older and at-risk adults). EU label: preferably avoid in pregnancy. To protect newborns against RSV, the protein vaccine licensed for pregnancy (Abrysvo) is used instead.
- Грудное вскармливание
- Safe Not known if it passes into milk. It is a non-live mRNA vaccine; CDC and LactMed state that non-live vaccines given to a nursing mother do not affect breastfeeding safety. Breastfeeding is not a reason to avoid it.

- Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients

- Appropriate medical treatment and supervision should be readily available in case of severe hypersensitivity reaction, including anaphylaxis.
- Anxiety-related reactions including syncope may occur; precautions should be in place to avoid injury from fainting.
- Postpone vaccination in acute infection or febrile illness; a minor infection such as a cold should not delay it.
