Как действует
Nondepolarizing skeletal muscle relaxant; cholinergic receptor antagonist; inhibits depolarization
Обычная доза для взрослых (кратко по инструкции)
0.45-0.6 mg/kg IV, Maintenance: 0.1-0.2 mg/kg IV repeat PRN

- Safe Not teratogenic in rats or rabbits; late embryo loss at high doses was put down to lack of ventilation. Widely used for general anaesthesia, including caesarean section. US label: not recommended for rapid sequence induction in caesarean section. Use when needed for anaesthesia.

- Safe Short acting, highly polar and poorly absorbed by mouth, so little reaches milk or the infant; LactMed: no infant effects reported. Breastfeed once the mother has recovered; with several anaesthetic drugs, follow the most restrictive one.
