Как действует
Transient inhibitor of CDK 4 and 6; proliferation of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells in bone marrow depends on CDK4/6 activity.
Обычная доза для взрослых (кратко по инструкции)
Decrease chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression in ES-SCLC: 240 mg/m2 as a 30-minute intravenous infusion completed no more than 4 hours before chemotherapy on each chemotherapy day; interval between doses on sequential days not greater than 28 hours

- Unsafe Can cause fetal harm based on its mechanism (CDK4/6 inhibitor); no human or animal data. Pregnancy test before starting; contraception during treatment and for at least 3 weeks after the last dose.

- Unsafe No data on milk levels or infant effects. Because of possible serious infant reactions, do not breastfeed during treatment and for at least 3 weeks after the last dose.

- History of serious hypersensitivity reactions to trilaciclib, including anaphylaxis.

- Injection-site reactions including phlebitis and thrombophlebitis; monitor, and stop infusion and permanently discontinue for severe or life-threatening reactions.
- Acute hypersensitivity reactions including facial edema, urticaria and anaphylaxis; withhold for moderate, permanently discontinue for severe or life-threatening.
- Interstitial lung disease/pneumonitis; monitor for cough, dyspnea, hypoxia and permanently discontinue for recurrent symptomatic or severe/life-threatening cases.
