Dostarlimab-gxly is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that binds the PD-1 receptor and blocks its interaction with PD-L1 and PD-L2, releasing PD-1 pathway-mediated inhibition of the immune response, including the anti-tumor immune response.

Primary advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer: 500 mg IV every 3 weeks for 6 cycles with carboplatin and paclitaxel, then 1,000 mg monotherapy every 6 weeks thereafter; until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or up to 3 years

  • Severe and fatal immune-mediated adverse reactions (pneumonitis, colitis, hepatitis, endocrinopathies, nephritis, dermatologic reactions, transplant rejection) can occur in any organ; monitor liver enzymes, creatinine and thyroid function at baseline and periodically.
  • Infusion-related reactions: interrupt, slow the infusion, or permanently discontinue based on severity.
  • Fatal and other serious complications can occur in patients who receive allogeneic HSCT before or after PD-1/PD-L1 blocking antibody.
