حمل اور دودھ پلانا

حمل
Safe Very little is absorbed. UK Senokot label contraindicates pregnancy because of lab (genotoxicity) data on some anthranoids; NHS advice: senna can usually be taken in pregnancy after diet changes or another laxative. Use short-term at the lowest dose.
دودھ پلانا
Safe Usual doses do not harm breastfed infants in controlled studies (an old product caused infant diarrhoea). LactMed: acceptable. The UK Senokot label still contraindicates breastfeeding (traces of rhein in milk). NHS: can be taken if the baby is 1 month or older.
