Summary
Sipuleucel-T depends on activation of the patient's own immune cells, and immunosuppressive corticosteroids may weaken this response. Systemic dexamethasone given around the time of treatment could reduce its efficacy. Ophthalmic use is unlikely to matter.
What this interaction means in plain words
Dexamethasone-tobramycin and Sipuleucel-t can affect each other. The combination is often manageable, but it may need a change of dose, a change of timing, or extra checks while both are taken.
