Questions before you buy
Will I be charged again automatically?
No. Every package is a one-time payment for 1 month or 1 year of access. Nothing renews. When it ends you can buy again, and buying early adds the new period on top.
What is the difference between Pro and Pro+?
Pro unlocks every feature of the MediHelp mobile app. Pro+ includes everything in Pro and also unlocks the full MediHelp website on your computer.
Which account should I use?
Use the same account you sign in with in the MediHelp app. The plan is attached to your account, so it unlocks in the app right after payment.
Which currency will I pay in?
Visitors in Egypt, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Libya, Sudan, the UAE, Oman, Pakistan, Palestine and Yemen see and pay the EGP price. Everyone else sees the USD price and is charged the equivalent in Egyptian pounds (1 USD = 55 EGP); the exact EGP amount is shown under the price and the pay button, and your bank converts it.
