Résumé
NSAIDs such as etodolac can reduce the antihypertensive effect of olmesartan and hydrochlorothiazide. In combination with an ARB and a diuretic they increase the risk of acute kidney injury and hyperkalemia, especially in older or volume-depleted patients.
