Résumé
Transdermal selegiline provides irreversible MAO inhibition, and with desvenlafaxine it can cause serotonin syndrome and hypertensive crisis. The combination can be life-threatening.

Desvenlafaxine and Selegiline transdermal are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.

Do not co-administer. Wait at least 14 days after stopping selegiline before starting desvenlafaxine, and at least 7 days after stopping desvenlafaxine before starting selegiline.
