Résumé
Fosamprenavir (as amprenavir) alters hormonal contraceptive exposure and can reduce amprenavir levels; combining may compromise contraceptive efficacy and antiretroviral exposure. Hormonal contraceptive concentrations are changed unpredictably, and drospirenone may raise potassium.
