Résumé
Selumetinib capsules contain vitamin E as an excipient, so the patient receives a vitamin E dose from the drug itself. When this is added to vitamin E supplements, intake may exceed recommended levels and could increase bleeding risk, particularly in patients taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs.
