यह कैसे काम करती है

Platelet aggregation inhibitor; reversibly interacts with the platelet P2Y12 ADP-receptor to prevent signal transduction and platelet activation

Unknown Not known if it passes into milk; no LactMed record. The old US label advised stopping the drug or nursing. Because of its serious blood side effects (neutropenia, TTP), avoid while breastfeeding and use an alternative.

  • Current use of other anticoagulant drugs
