Per cosa si usa

Come agisce

Inhibitor of the RAS GTPase family. It binds cyclophilin A, and the resulting complex binds active GTP-bound RAS, blocking downstream effector interactions and promoting GTP hydrolysis to inactive GDP-bound RAS.

Dose abituale nell'adulto (sintesi del foglio illustrativo)

Metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma (after at least one prior systemic therapy or not a candidate for multiagent therapy): 300 mg orally once daily at the same time each day, with or without food, until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity

Sintesi del foglio illustrativo limitata alla prima riga di posologia; le sezioni complete sulla posologia sono nell'app.
