Come agisce
Tripelennamine is a first-generation ethylenediamine antihistamine. It competitively blocks histamine at H1 receptors, which reduces histamine-mediated vasodilation, increased capillary permeability, itching and smooth muscle contraction.

Pain and itching from insect bites, minor burns, cuts, skin irritations, scrapes, sunburn, poison ivy/oak/sumac rashes (adults and children 2 years and older): apply topically to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily
