Resumo
Cyclosporine may increase amlodipine exposure, and amlodipine can raise cyclosporine trough levels in some patients. Olmesartan with cyclosporine adds a risk of hyperkalemia and reduced renal function. Cyclosporine toxicity includes nephrotoxicity and hypertension.
