Resumo
Atogepant is a CYP3A4 substrate. Aprepitant inhibits CYP3A4 when given as a short course, so atogepant exposure is more likely to increase than decrease, and the legacy direction is doubtful. Higher atogepant levels may increase adverse effects such as nausea, constipation and fatigue.
