Resumo
Combining dulaglutide with empagliflozin and linagliptin gives additive glucose lowering. Linagliptin and dulaglutide both act on the incretin pathway, so adding a DPP-4 inhibitor to a GLP-1 agonist offers little extra benefit and adds cost and pill burden.
