Rezumat
Measles vaccine is a live attenuated vaccine, and in a patient profoundly immunosuppressed by anti-thymocyte globulin the vaccine virus may replicate unchecked and cause disseminated disease. The vaccine response will also be poor.

Anti-thymocyte and Measles vaccine are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.
