Rezumat
This fixed-dose product is a complete HIV regimen and is not intended for use with other antiretrovirals. Tenofovir also raises didanosine exposure, increasing risks of pancreatitis, neuropathy and lactic acidosis, and can blunt CD4 recovery.

Tenofovir increases didanosine concentrations, with additive mitochondrial toxicity and duplicate nucleoside therapy.
