Rezumat
Ponesimod reduces circulating lymphocytes, while nivolumab alters immune regulation and can cause immune-related adverse events that are often treated with immunosuppression. Together they may make immune responses unpredictable and could raise infection risk or blunt antitumor immunity. Clinical data on the combination are limited.
