Как действует
Allosteric inhibitor of tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2); binds the regulatory domain, stabilizing an inhibitory interaction with the catalytic domain and inhibiting receptor-mediated TYK2 activation and downstream STAT activation.

Plaque psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis: 6 mg orally once daily, with or without food

- Unknown Case reports are too few to assess risk; no embryo-fetal effects in rats and rabbits at doses at least 72 times the maximum human dose. Use only if the benefit justifies the risk.

- Unknown No human milk data; it is present in rat milk. US label: weigh breastfeeding against the mother's need. No guidance supports routine use; an alternative with more data may be preferred.

- History of hypersensitivity reaction to deucravacitinib or any excipients.

- Hypersensitivity reactions such as angioedema have been reported; discontinue if clinically significant reaction occurs.
- May increase risk of infections; avoid in active or serious infection; herpes virus reactivation reported; consider hepatitis screening.
- Evaluate for latent and active TB before starting; do not give to patients with active TB.
