Summary
Cyclosporine is nephrotoxic, and the aminoglycoside and polymyxin components can add to kidney injury if absorbed systemically. This matters mainly with irrigation, large raw areas, or damaged skin, as intact-skin use gives little exposure.
What this interaction means in plain words
Bacitracin-neomycin-polymyxin and Cyclosporine can affect each other. The combination is often manageable, but it may need a change of dose, a change of timing, or extra checks while both are taken.
Why it happens
Additive nephrotoxicity from calcineurin-inhibitor renal vasoconstriction and aminoglycoside/polymyxin tubular toxicity.
What to do
Restrict the product to small areas of intact or minimally broken skin. Monitor serum creatinine and cyclosporine levels if there is a significant absorbing surface.
