- Unknown Used in children with IGF-1 deficiency; exposure in pregnancy is unlikely as it is not used after growth plates close. No human data; no birth defects in rats or rabbits, but fetal deaths in rabbits above the human dose. Use only if clearly needed.

- Unknown No data on passage into milk or effects on the infant. It is a protein, so little would be absorbed by the infant; it contains benzyl alcohol. US label: weigh breastfeeding benefits against the mother's need.
