Résumé

Amantadine enhances dopaminergic transmission while amisulpride blocks dopamine D2/D3 receptors, so each can blunt the effect of the other. Antipsychotic efficacy may be reduced and parkinsonian symptoms may worsen, while dopaminergic agents can aggravate psychosis.
