Résumé
Celecoxib with intranasal ketorolac duplicates NSAID therapy; although celecoxib is COX-2 selective, the combination still adds renal and cardiovascular risk and the ketorolac gastrointestinal and bleeding risk remains. Ketorolac labeling prohibits concomitant NSAIDs.
