Résumé
Clopidogrel's acyl glucuronide metabolite is a strong CYP2C8 inhibitor, which markedly raises dasabuvir exposure. Higher dasabuvir levels raise concern for QT prolongation. The regimen labeling contraindicates strong CYP2C8 inhibitors.

Clopidogrel and Ombitasvir / paritaprevir / ritonavir and dasabuvir are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.
