Résumé
Both agents prolong the QT interval, and droperidol carries a boxed warning for torsades de pointes. Giving them together substantially increases the risk of life-threatening ventricular arrhythmia.

Droperidol and Erythromycin are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.

Additive QT prolongation from hERG potassium channel blockade, with erythromycin possibly raising droperidol levels via CYP3A4 inhibition.
