Bispecific CD19-directed CD3 T-cell engager that connects CD3 on T-cells with CD19 on benign and malignant B-cells, activating T-cells and causing redirected lysis of CD19+ cells.

MRD-positive B-cell precursor ALL: patients 45 kg or more 28 mcg/day by continuous IV infusion on Days 1-28 of each 42-day cycle (14-day treatment-free interval); 1 induction cycle then up to 3 consolidation cycles

- Known hypersensitivity to blinatumomab or any component of the formulation.

- Neurological toxicities including ICANS; consider seizure prophylaxis in Down syndrome patients.
