Hogyan hat
Trifunctional rat-mouse hybrid monoclonal antibody directed against EpCAM and CD3. A third binding site in the Fc region engages accessory immune cells via Fc-gamma receptors. This brings tumour cells, T-cells and accessory immune cells together and induces T-cell activation, T-cell killing, ADCC, CDC and phagocytosis.
