Összefoglaló
Anagrelide can prolong the QT interval and cause tachycardia and palpitations. Etrasimod causes transient slowing of heart rate and AV conduction delay on initiation, and bradycardia increases the risk of torsades de pointes with QT-prolonging drugs.
Mit jelent ez a kölcsönhatás közérthetően
Anagrelide and Etrasimod can interact in a way that may be serious. Using them together is sometimes necessary, but it needs a deliberate decision by the prescriber, a plan for monitoring, and clear advice on the warning signs to watch for.
Anagrelide belongs to Cardiovascular; Etrasimod belongs to Gastrointestinal Tract.
Miért jön létre
Additive QT prolongation with etrasimod-induced bradycardia and conduction delay.
Teendő
