Mit jelent ez a kölcsönhatás közérthetően

Atropine and Glycopyrronium can affect each other. The combination is often manageable, but it may need a change of dose, a change of timing, or extra checks while both are taken.

Atropine belongs to Miscellaneous; Glycopyrronium belongs to Respiratory.

Bizonyítékszint: Moderate

Miért jön létre

Additive pharmacodynamic blockade of muscarinic acetylcholine receptors.

Teendő

Avoid routine duplication of antimuscarinics and monitor heart rate, bowel and bladder function, and mental status if both are required. Reduce the dose of one agent if anticholinergic toxicity appears.
