Chi deve prestare attenzione
- During prolonged treatments (e.g. osteomyelitis, endocarditis), regular monitoring of hepatic and renal functions is recommended.
- As for other penicillins contact with the skin should be avoided as sensitisation may occur.
Anyone who has had an allergic reaction to a penicillin or another beta-lactam antibiotic must tell the prescriber before taking one. Severe or persistent diarrhoea during or after a course needs medical advice.
