Sintesi
Bendamustine is lymphotoxic and myelosuppressive and is itself used for lymphodepletion before CAR-T therapy. Recent exposure before apheresis can reduce T-cell yield and quality, and use after infusion may harm CAR T cells and raise infection risk.
