Sintesi
Carbamazepine is a strong inducer of CYP3A4, CYP2B6, CYP1A2 and P-glycoprotein and accelerates the clearance of roflumilast. The result is lower roflumilast and roflumilast N-oxide exposure and reduced benefit in COPD.
