Sintesi
The acyl glucuronide metabolite of clopidogrel inhibits CYP2C8, the main enzyme that clears daprodustat. Exposure to daprodustat can rise, with a greater risk of excessive hemoglobin response and related adverse effects such as thrombotic events.
