Sintesi
Primidone is metabolized to phenobarbital and acts as a strong CYP3A4 inducer, which can lower lorlatinib concentrations and risk treatment failure. Strong inducers are contraindicated with lorlatinib, and hepatotoxicity has been seen with this type of combination.
