概要
Amyl nitrite is a rapid, potent vasodilator, and tadalafil greatly enhances its hypotensive effect. Profound hypotension, collapse and cardiac ischemia can result, including with recreational inhaled nitrites.

Nitrite-derived nitric oxide raises cGMP and PDE5 inhibition prevents its degradation, causing excessive additive vasodilation.
対処法
Do not use together; allow at least 48 hours after the last tadalafil dose before any nitrate. Advise patients to avoid recreational nitrites entirely.
