概要
Asenapine and granisetron can each prolong the QT interval, so combined use may add to the risk of ventricular arrhythmia including torsades de pointes. The risk is higher with bradycardia, hypokalemia, or structural heart disease.
この相互作用をわかりやすく説明すると
Asenapine transdermal and Granisetron can interact in a way that may be serious. Using them together is sometimes necessary, but it needs a deliberate decision by the prescriber, a plan for monitoring, and clear advice on the warning signs to watch for.
