概要
Ketorolac labeling contraindicates use with aspirin and other NSAIDs. The effervescent aspirin product delivers analgesic-dose aspirin, so bleeding, ulcer and renal risks are additive.
この相互作用をわかりやすく説明すると
Aspirin / citric acid / sodium bicarbonate and Ketorolac are not normally used together. Taking them at the same time is expected to cause harm or make one of them unsafe, so a different medicine is usually chosen for one of the two.
なぜ起こるのか
Additive cyclooxygenase inhibition causing GI mucosal injury, platelet inhibition and reduced renal prostaglandins.
対処法
Do not use together. Choose a non-NSAID analgesic such as paracetamol instead of one of the agents.
