概要
Oxybates are potent CNS depressants and combining them with benzodiazepines increases the risk of profound sedation, respiratory depression, coma and death. Oxybate labeling advises against concurrent use with sedative hypnotics.

Additive CNS and respiratory depression via GABA-B agonism from oxybate and GABA-A potentiation from clonazepam.
