概要
Fosamprenavir (as amprenavir, usually ritonavir-boosted) inhibits CYP3A4 and can substantially increase salmeterol exposure. This raises the risk of QT prolongation, tachycardia and arrhythmia. Systemic fluticasone exposure also rises, risking adrenal suppression.

CYP3A4 inhibition reduces the metabolism of salmeterol and fluticasone.
